Our client is a well established real estate firm with a national reach. They are currently seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their growing team in Baltimore.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a commercial real estate finance, asset management, acquisitions or underwriting capacity. Incumbent will handle analysis, forecasting and modeling of real estate investments. Strong Excel skills required. Bachelor's degree required.
