Our client is a specialty finance firm with a nation focus. They're currently seeking an Associate to join their Asset Management team in the DC area.
Candidates must have two-to-seven years' experience in a commercial real estate finance capacity and must have experience with Office and Retail property types. Strong analytical and modeling skills are necessary for this role. Client is considering financial services and owner-operator backgrounds. Bachelor's degree required. Excel and Argus experience required as well.
