· Analysis & processing of financial statements, performing & reviewing inspections of property
· The review & processing of easement requests, ownership changes and other servicing and asset management functions that may arise in addition to escrow processing
· Non-critical draw requests & completing reserve for replacement
· Processing of construction and sub rehabilitation loans
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience in the multifamily/commercial real estate industry.
Five or more years of previous loan administration, asset management/servicing or underwriting experience relating to multifamily/commercial real estate loan transactions.
Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and/or HUD multifamily transactions is preferred.
