Assistant Director of Human Resource
· As Assistant Director of Human Resources, you'll manage HR functions, overseeing a team of three HR professionals.
· This team typically fills 50 - 75 requisitions per year
· Kronos is the HRIS system in place
· Update & implement framework to manage leave, benefits, organization charting
· 5(or more) years of experience, 2 (or more) in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
· Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
· Union experience is a plus
· At least one year of supervision/management experience
· In office presence 2-3 days per week.
