Job Description :
Our client, a law firm in Montgomery County, MD, is currently seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join their established practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with creditor's rights, commercial and residential foreclosures.
Responsibilities
- Handle foreclosure process from beginning to end
- Prepare bankruptcy filings and foreclosure notices
- Review reports and manage staff
Qualifications
- Five years of bankruptcy/creditor's rights experience
- Experience with state and federal electronic filing system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate are preferred
