Job Description :
Our client, a bank in the DC area, is currently seeking a Branch Manager for a branch in Leesburg, VA. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing branch operations and drive business development.
Details
- Enhance daily operating procedures
- Ensure OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC compliance
- Oversee and assist tellers
- Help customers with consumer banking products
- Interview, hire and manager new team members
- Attend networking events to drive new business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Over five years of branch banking experience
- Over three years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong knowledge of OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC
- Personable and trustworthy
