Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of BSA/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance programs.
- Work with the BSA Officer and other compliance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
- Work with the BSA Officer in monitoring and analyzing transactions for suspicious activity and ensure timely reporting to the appropriate authorities.
- Support a program ensuring the timely and accurate filing of all required BSA/AML reports, including SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) and CTRs (Currency Transaction Reports).
- Identify relevant training and support the staff on BSA/AML compliance requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes in BSA/AML regulations and ensure the organization’s policies and procedures reflect current requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and examinations, ensuring the organization’s compliance posture is well-documented and defensible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and best practices.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred.
