Certified Facilities Manager
We are recruiting for Certified Facilities Manager with a Growing Regional Financial Services Firm.
We are searching for candidates with experience managing over a dozen locations, ideally within the retail, office, or hotel industries. This role will be a hands on leader of 3. Typical weekly tasks will include contract negotiation, maintenance, construction oversight, security and building codes management.
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years' experience
1+ year of management experience
MUST have or obtain CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) designation within 12 months
Reliable Transportation: Heavy travel throughout Montgomery & PG Counties, in addition to DC and Northern Virginia locations
This role will have an office in Silver Spring, but often times starting and finishing the day from home.
