Job Description :
Our client is a growing specialty finance firm with a national reach. They are currently seeking an experienced Underwriter to join their healthcare lending team in NYC.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a credit analysis, underwriting or portfolio management capacity with a focus on commercial real estate or asset based transactions. Incumbent will handle analysis, underwriting and modeling for new originations. Experience with healthcare deals is preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
