Job Description :
Our client is a regional financial institution with locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. They are currently seeking an experienced CRE Lender to join their team in Virginia Beach.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in a commercial banking capacity with a focus on commercial real estate lending. Incumbent will handle transactions for all commercial asset types as well as construction and homebuilder deals. Experience handling deals ranging from $5MM-50MM is required. Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred.
