Our client is a regional financial institution that has a national reach. They are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their growing Commercial Real Estate team in Richmond, VA.
Candidates must have 2-10 years' experience in a commercial credit underwriting or portfolio management capacity with a focus on Commercial Real Estate transactions. Incumbent will handle transactions ranging from $5M-50MM. Daily responsibilities include analysis, modifications, renewals and portfolio monitoring. Bachelor's degree preferred.
