Job Description :
Our client, an engineering and planning firm in Baltimore, MD, is currently seeking a Contract Specialist to join their growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and professional proposals. This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Review agreements to ensure accuracy
- Assist contracts team with contract management system
- Interact with clients as needed
- Assist other team members to ensure compliance
- Manage strict deadlines
Qualifications
- One year of contract management experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Construction, engineering or architecture industry experience
- Must have a positive personality and be team oriented
- Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat editing
