Job Description :
Our client, an investment firm in Baltimore and DC, is currently seeking a Director of Fund Operations to join their growing team. The incumbent will oversee the firm’s private and public fund operations and manage vendor relationships.
Additional Details
- Manage four direct reports and thirty indirect
- Funds include: hedge funds, private equity, 40 Act mutual funds, CITs and UCITS
- Maintain SEC compliance
- Present to the board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Ideally around 10 years of fun operations experience
- CITs, UCITS, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Mutual funds
- Experience negotiating with vendors
- Supervisory experience
