Our client, an investment management firm in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Director of Investment Operations to join their team. The incumbent will collaborate with senior leadership, manage others and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the investment operations team.
Details
- Responsible for the strategic leadership of our operational team
- Operational activity, including account administration, cashiering, transactional management, reporting, billing, and project management
- Trade execution, trade settlement, account administration, transactional management and reporting
- Participate in strategic leadership meetings to improve operations
- Manage a team, responsible for team performance and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Over 10 years of investment operations experience
- Vendor contract negotiation experience
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and/or institutional clients
- Supervisory experience
- Well organized and detail‐oriented
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
