Director of Property Management
Responsibilities
· Oversee all Property Management operations/financial health.
· Supervise on-site staff, and make decisions on new hires, training and orientation of new employees, and conduct performance evaluations of staff.
· Prepare periodic building inspections/rehab inspections.
· Monitor professional service contracts/vendor relationships.
· Maintain accurate work order and inventory control system.
Preferred Skills:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in Property Management
· Minimum of 2 years management experience
· Minimum of 2 years experience with subsidized housing
· Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills
· Experience in Tax Credit, Housing Choice Voucher or Affordable Housing is required
· Strong Excel experience
· Knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi
· Degree Preferred
