Executive Assistant - Falls Church, VA
The Veritas Partners are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support our banking client’s Executive Team's business operations and activities. The Executive Assistant requires superior attention to detail and a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Position Overview & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field OR
• 3+ years of experience assisting at the executive level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• An extensive array of administrative skills (managing calendars, coordinating meetings, travel
arrangements, conferences, and special events).
• Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in
keeping team members adequately informed
• Ability to utilize sound business judgment in decision making
• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with
professionals inside and outside the company
• A very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skill
