Financial Operations Manager - Tempe, AZ

We are searching for a Financial Operations Manager supporting the sales teams for a large client. Ideal candidate will have at least three years of RFP, contracts, service agreement experience.

Responsibilities

·         Pricing & contract evaluation for sales team. 

·         Strategic & operational support on KPIs, market pricing and evaluation.  

·         Routine & ad hoc analysis of the firm’s current contracts. 

·         Work w/recruiting team to service agreements for external prospects

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in related field 

·         At least two years financial operations/contract review/service agreement experience

·         Experience with pricing is strongly preferred

·         Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and procedures
