Our client, a regional financial services firm in Carmel, Indiana, is currently seeking an Insurance Analyst to join their established team. The incumbent will focus on insurance compliance reviews for an existing portfolio.
Details
- Review Loan Documents, Appraisals, Engineering, Seismic, and Phase I Environmental Report
- Conduct due diligence of loan document
- Perform annual reviews
- Process necessary paperwork
- Collect invoices and evidence of insurance
- Provide quality customer service
Qualifications
- Experience with multifamily insurance, loan documentation and loan administration
- Commercial insurance knowledge
- Multifamily real estate knowledge
- Team oriented
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
