Job Description :
Our client is a growing, specialized lender with a focus on multifamily and healthcare financing. They are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Director to join their team in Baltimore.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule workflow to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner and in compliance with policies and procedures and relevant loan documents
• Implement best practices for payment processing, tracking delinquencies, monitoring troubled assets, managing escrows, and keeping data secure
• Manage Working Capital agreements with third party financial institutions
• Ensure delivery of GNMA securities to investors
• Provide feedback to employees and complete annual performance evaluations and assist managers with staff evaluations and performance plans
• Monitor lender guidelines and ensure policies and procedures remain current
• Cross train associates in multiple areas of loan servicing, both to improve the work experience and to eliminate key-man issues
• Work with senior management team to develop employee training programs
• Lead and participate in special projects
Requirements:

10+ years' experience in a loan servicing capacity with leadership experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of commercial mortgage servicing, including but not limited to loan closing and boarding, billing, and collections; taxes and insurance/escrow analysis, loan documents and document management; letters of credit, reserves, UCC’s, and liens; property insurance compliance; maturing loans and loan payoffs
• Strong leadership, management, organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Current or prior approval from HUD for Construction Loan Administration
• Current or prior approval from GNMA for deliveries and reporting
• Working knowledge of FICS (or similar large-scale servicing system)
• Working knowledge of MS Office
