Job Description :
Our client, an investment manager in the Washington, DC, area, is currently seeking a Marketing Compliance Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials for compliance with complex regulatory and procedural requirements, assisting with compliance program testing, and serving as a source of general compliance advice.
Other Duties:
- Administer firms marketing compliance program
- Monitor social media platforms
- Enhance policies and procedures
- General compliance issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Three years of investment/wealth management compliance experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong attention to detail
