Job Description :

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in our company’s advertising campaigns using InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing data. Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.




Responsibilities



  • Coordinate professional high-resolution photos and video from vendors across the country

  • Manage the placement of property listings on paid advertising platforms and social media

  • Provide administrative support with processing and reconciling vendor invoices

  • Oversee timelines for creation and distribution of listing marketing packages

  • Support asset marketing in building out research lists

  • Assist with e-marketing and social media strategy and production 3-4 times per month

  • Organize and track all production efforts daily to provide the marketing team with status updates


Skills



  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role

  • Knowledge of Adobe CC Suite

  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software

  • Commercial Real Estate Experience is preferable

  • Web Design experience is a plus

  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
