Veritas Partners is searching for an Office Manager/Processor for their client near the Baltimore Convention Center. This is an immediate opening for an Office Administrator/Processor. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent people and time management skills. We are located in a modern high rise, unique office space walking distance from new coffee houses and restaurants.
> Provide a wide variety of administrative support to the principle, managers, and professional staff, including coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments and managing multiple administrative projects
> Process electronic or paper copies of loan processing
> Work with spreadsheets and track data in a database
> Perform scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing and mailing responsibilities
A qualified candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
> Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in office administration required
> Previous mortgage/consumer loan experience or general knowledge of loans is preferred.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required
> Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and provide support for a best of client experience
> Ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines
> Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with care and professionalism
> AA degree or higher is preferred but not required
Position Salary: Up to $55K with discretionary bonus.
