Operations Manager - Philadelphia

Our client, a bank in Philadelphia, PA, is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for complex operational functions including, payments, wire processing and ACH processing.

Respond to audits

Manage IRA portfolio

Support other staff members as needed

Manage two direct reports

General compliance

Qualifications

Over 7 years of experience in an operations role within banking

Strong knowledge in item processing, wires, deposit operations - compliance/regs

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required

Management experience is a plus but not required

Willing to work in office five days a week
