Job Description :
 

·        Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders


·        Ensure resource availability and allocation


·        Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress


·        Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification


·        Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals


·        Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects


·        Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget


·        Report and escalate to management as needed


·        Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders


·        Perform risk management to minimize project risks in terms of scope, schedule, resources


·        Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors


·        Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


·        Communicate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project


·        Use and continually develop leadership and professional skills


·        Attend video conferences and training as required


·        Reports to the Head of PMO and C-level management


·        Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs


Required Qualifications :
 

·        Bachelor's Degree in IT and 3-5 years of work experience in the field


·        Upper Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English)


·        Familiar with a variety of the PM field's concepts, practices and procedures


·        Proven working experience in project management/coordination not less than 2 years


·        Strong interpersonal skills, team player


·        Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills


·        Attention to details and multitasking skills


·        Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, MS Project, Visio, MS Teams


·        Project Management certification is a plus


·        Experience with ConnectWise Manage/Automate is a plus!
