Job Description :
Our client, a bank in the Philadelphia, Pa area, is currently seeking a SBA Loan Processor to join their team. This will be a remote position but must work eastern standard time hours. The incumbent will manage the SBA 7A loan closing process.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand SBA loan requirements
- Will only process SBA 7A loans
- Will close 4-5 loans per month
- Work with parties involved in the transaction to gather all necessary documentation
- Ensure SBA Compliance
- Stay updated on SBA policies and procedures
- Work well with SBA team
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Two years of SBA 7A loan processing or closing experience
- Strong independent work ethic
- Willing to work eastern standard time hours
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- FIS experience is a plus
