Job Description :
Our client is a growing real estate company with a national reach. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Finance & Accounting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Submission of the Company’s public filings with the SEC, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and other relevant reports. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and disclosure counsel to align reporting efforts with overall business strategy and financial goals.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.

Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and solid understanding of principles of US GAAP and financial reporting.

CPA is a plus.

2-5 years of progressive management responsibility with specific experience for regulatory reporting in a public accounting firm or a large publicly traded company.

Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively with executive and senior management.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
