Senior Project Manager

Our client, a real estate firm in the BWI Corridor, is currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team. The Senior Construction Project Manager will focus on new development and construction, redevelopments, and renovation projects for the firm. The Senior Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for oversight of assigned construction projects, including planning, approval, and execution of construction.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of construction experience, experience managing construction projects, demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate is required. Warehouse and industrial experience would be a plus.
