Solutions Architect/Data Integration Engineer

The successful Solutions Architect/Data Integration Engineer candidate will work to integrate various platforms and develop proprietary analytics. The role is responsible for building infrastructure for optimal integration, extraction, and transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and design API integrations of our main data platforms (Underwriting Data, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Servicing System, Trinet, etc)


• Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using SQL technologies


• Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition


• Preparing raw data for manipulation by various stakeholders and develop insightful visualizations using Power BI or a similar tool


• Connect and assemble complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements


• Working with the Executive, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in data engineering, big data analytics, computer engineering, or related field


• 7-10+ years of proven experience as a data engineer, software developer, or similar, building data infrastructure from the ground up


• Expert proficiency in AWS, Python (or related language), SQL


• Experience in a small company environment wearing multiple hats


• Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of internal and stakeholders in a constantly evolving, growth environment


• DevOps experience a plus


• Experience with Power BI and DAX or similar visualization tool a plus


• Hybrid work environment to the Irvington, NY office or willing to come to the office once a month
