Our client is growing rapidly within a industry experiencing growth - clean energy. They’re working to make the world a better place by helping everyone live healthier lives with cleaner air. We are looking for a Billing Manager to lead the billing operations. Key accountabilities include building and managing workflows, owning templates, and providing SME to the business for various projects.


Responsibilities include:


• Manage/configure software settings, including creating new user roles and setting security policies

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend billing system changes to improve the billing operations process and assurance controls

• Maintain data integrity within system, alongside with Data and Development Teams

• Execute queries keeping data up to date & design and deliver business process automation

• Handle outreach to support on technical matters related to billing system

• Create, improve and manage custom workflow related to refunds, billing (email and paper), payment transfers, late fees, ETFs, etc.

• Understand the data flows to optimize processes and monitor errors

• Manage back office to ensure payments are processed and clients are paid accurately and timely

• Establish and report on KPIs, issue resolution, etc. on a weekly and monthly basis

• Develop documentation, research, and support the creation of training materials


Ideal Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience with Salesforce a must, SQL experience a plus

• Experience with GSuite, and Microsoft Excel skills required

• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments

• Experience with retail electricity or community solar helpful but not required
